Default 19 x 8 as a plus size?

Anyone see any problems with going with a 19 x 8 setup for a larger diameter wheel? I already have some 19 x 8 wheels coming to me, and was hoping to put them on the 350 but didn't know if they would pose any problems (such as not being wide enough). Although they are the same width as what comes stock, just an extra inch in diameter... any thoughts?

thatll work fine. of course youll need new tread, thats obvious. but nothing wrong with 19" rims. many have 19" rims.

width makes no difference, I wouldnt go thinner than 7.5 just so your not breaking traction constantly. but anything above there is all good.

Only problems that I see, you'll lose width, therefore handling will not be as good as a wider tire/wheel combo. Also you'll lose load carrying capacity, which means your tires will wear faster. You could probably get away with using a 245/35/19 on the front and a 255/40/19 on the back. You'll have some bulge on the back, but it wont be severe. The stagger will remain also.
