How much can you adjust the height? What is the minimum drop?
Does it handle neutrally?
Also, regarding the VDC, some say that turning-off VDC doesn't truly turn it off all the way. What's your experience?

I agree with all of the above. The following has been my setup for the last 15,000 miles:
Street Tires:
245/40-18 Yok AVS ES100 in front
245/45-18 Hankook Vntus K104 in back
Race Tires:
265/35-18 Kumho V700 front and back, on stock size rims (18x8 all around).
So far the combo has worked very well on the track and street.
Also, I've found that when VDC is off, it is ALL OFF. Sometimes, if you are lightly in the brakes and start to slide the front, the ABS will activate, which feels like VDC. I think that is what people are feeling when they think the VDC is still on.
Finally, I have not yet had a problem driving to a track in my race tires with VDC on. So it seems, at least for me, that using the same tire all around does work fairly well.
