que? 18x7, 4-100?? What rims and what car are they for?

if you want 18's, you need to go 18x8.5, 18x9, 18x9.5, etc......

Plus the bolt pattern you need is 5x114.3

No, not at all. 4X100 is NOT our bolt pattern; it's 5X114.3. I think you're looking at Honda rims or something...Our rim sizes should be 8" wide minimum, but for aftermarket you should at least get 8.5". Tire sizes will vary depending on rim widths. You can use Tirerack.com to find out the right sizes.

You can fit them with no problems. Definately will slow down the car due to weight but just make sure you get the right offsets and tire size... email me if you need help.
