Default Wooohooo New Rimssss

Alrite guys i just got what I think is the hottest rims possible for the 350z. they are the racing harts cp-f tune. 19x9 in front and 19x10.5 in the back, weighing in at only 19 pounds up front and 21 pounds in the back. Expecting to shave off time at the drag strip with these babys. there will be a 1 inch drop next week since my significant other seems to think there is 2 much space still.... sigh... shes never satisfied... aynways thats women ehh? but u gotta love her cause she paid for part of the rims for my bday gift ^_^ lemme know if you guys love it 2

haha thx type R boy. I swear the rims look completely different in person, cause when I first wanted to get them and my gf saw pics online she hated them, and she literally almost started drooling when she saw them in person. sooooo if possible you should go look at the rims in person if u really like them. wow... its amazing how good the car handles now... I can gun it out of a corner without it sliding, also it doesnt squeek when I tap on the gass at the light... cant wait to get it to the drag strip either this weekend or next

This is probably a newb question, but I guess that isn't a surprise since I am a newb, but I was wondering if it was possible to get the same amount of lip in the front as there is in the back. Is the amount of lip correlated to wheel size? offset?

Thanks,

its correlated to the offset and the size of the rim it self... generally people want the staggered look of the front smaller than the back, and also if u have more lip than that I dont think u could really fit it... i believe 9.5 is the biggest ive seen people put in the front. but since im not the expert ill wait for someone else to give u a better explanation

Your wheels look great on the car. Too bad those wheel weights stick out like a sore thumb.

???? Huh there actually very light for 19" wheels.

And you will probably do worse with the 19's at the track now maybe only gaining a better 60ft with the added rubber, but your rotational mass will hurt you now.

I didn't mean the actual weight of the wheels. I was talking about the small weights that are used to balance the wheels.

To the left of Mr. Benjamin, the 4 little squares that stand out in a sea of black chrome.
