Default Need Help Picking Wheels

Ok Spring time is around the corner and that means time for some new wheels for the Z, but im having trouble deciding.

I was looking at the Nismos originally the NISMO LMGT4, but a buddy of mine was talking to me abou the Volk TE37s and i gotta say they are hot.
My only problem with the Volks are that they are very similar to the track wheels, almost identical, and im not sure if I want those or something a little diffrent.

Id love to hear some opinions, this will be the first time I spend some major cash on wheels, and I could use all the help i could get

here are some pics, I have a SS by the way

THE VOLKS

Or the Nismos on a SS

*edit* i borrowed these pics from the Wheel Gallery

I would suggest 19 inch SSR Professor's SP1's, 19 inch CE28N's bronze or gold or maybe even Advan TX II's. Just cause too many people are having those wheels on the Z now. Just need more flavor.

Default fellow ss owner here....

hey, you have good taste, or we have very similar taste at least; i have a SS too, and those are my two favorite wheels; if i were you, and money wasnt too big an issue, i would definitely go with the TE37's, but make sure you go with the 19x9.5f and 19x10.5r setup, so that you can get a decent sized lip, as the 8.5f and 9.5r setup has a pretty small lip in my opinion (unless you get teh +12 et in the back, but thats kidna pushing it and the wheel sticks out a lil bit); another option if u arent in a rush to buy is to wait for the 19' Nismo lmgt4's; ive seena few guys here with em, but for the most part, none of the big vendors have em yet (performance, gruppe-s, hopup...); either way, your ss will look very clean and very nice

(btw, the Z in your first pic with the volks, those are LE37's and not TE37's; you can tell b/c of the polished lip)

ya i like the LE37s but im not that sure i want 19s... wish they came in 18s with polished lips... maybe ill just save up some more cash and go 19s.

What are the plus or minus to having 19s, i don't have VDC, i have an Enth so just TCS.. but what about blow outs, ride ect?.. ive never had bigger then 18s on any of my cars

Those are TE-37's. 19x9.5, 9.5 with a 22 offset sitting on S-Tune.
