trade stock rims/tires at Discount Tire?

I'm in Houston, TX......do the Discount Tire shops locally do the same buyback or trading that you offer in AZ? I've recently put new rubber from Discount Tire (less than 1,000 miles.....Nitto 451s on front, Michelin Sport A/S on back) but want to upgrade to 18" rims and tires.
Any ballpark figures for trades on stock 17" rims with stock tire sizes?
