I posted a few days ago asking what good the spacer on the front rims is for.
Does noone know what its used for?
When i re-install my stock rims is it critical that i re-install the spacer?

A spacer? Or do you mean that bolt on the front? The bolt is to keep you from putting your rear wheels on the front (rotating them).

Yeah, I had to take the bolt out so my race wheels would fit, and I've never put it back in. Probably 10,000 miles without it and everything is fine.

Are you talking about the hub-centric ring or the little bolt that screws into the front brake disc on the track model?

They had to take of two bolts on the front discs of my car to get my TE 37s to go on. They tire guys didnt even know why they were there. weird

I am interested in hearing more about this, I just ordered and am waiting for my LE37's. When I put them on, I need to remove a bolt or screw in order for them to fit? I have not yet removed my stock 17's so I have no visual in regards to what this thread is about, but if anyone knows please post, it will help me when the new wheels go on next week. Thanks
