Regarding the weight, They are a Titanuim/alluminium alloy and as far as I know they are the lightest deep dish rim out there. Of course, one peice is much lighter.

$2500 is a great deal. I paid $5000 for mine with Michelin Pilot sports. The scratched rim can be fixed for around $80-100 bucks.
