Default SSR professor SP1

I am thinking about ordering professor SP1, and I found a place that has this wheels in stock. However, the size is 18X9 +31mm for the front, and 18X10.5 +35mm.
Do you guys think this will fit?????

From the SSR website the correct size should be 18X9.5 +25mm for the front and 18 X 10.5 +30mm for the rear. However, it has a note indicated that the rear might have fender clearence problem.

Really need suggestion from you guys

thanks

they will fit for sure...but you might want spacers to push them more to the edge

i dont know if it matters but i suggest you get 19's because the shape of the spokes makes the wheel look smaller than it is

I have 10.5x18 30mm with 295's and it fits like a glove. I have put about 200 miles on and no rubbing, even backing out of my driveway onto the street which has a major angle and no problems so far. So a 35 offset should be no problem especially if you run 275's. I have 18x9 up front with 25 offset, with same results. So a 31 offset should be no problem.

You will not need a spacer for either offset. The rear will sit about 3/16ths from dead flush and the front will be tucked in about a 5/16ths. Those are great offsets. The 31 will likely not clear a big brake upgrade though.

Check out the Unofficial Rims Size/Offset thread. Its mostly pics of 19's but the offset works for 18's too.

what about how deep is the lip??? Does the different offset makes difference.

is +35mm's lip is smaller than +30mm's lip for the rear
and
is +31mm lip smaller than +25mm's lip for the front.

with these offset, will the wheels not close to the edge enough???

Yes they would both have a little less lip. I don't know if 3/16-1/4" of an inch would really be noticeable.

the difference in the lip will not be noticable, esp. with the stepped lip of the Professors... also, the front's should clear a BBK because I have seen ADR M-sports 8.5" wide/+35 offset/5mm spacer (+30 offset effectually) fit the Wilwood kit easily, and you would have nearly a half an inch more clearance....

with these offset, will the wheels be close enogh to the edge??? Cuz I am worry about that it tuck in too much.

And I am planned to lower my car, will wheels with these offset rub the fender???

Did you lowered your car??? zillinois

I have ordered the RSR ti springs for my car. I think it can handle a .6" drop, but not much more. The offset of those rims will in no way look tucked in. I think with those offsets and 275/245 tire combo, I think you could drop and 1" or more. Your rears will only be 3/16" "tucked" in from the pic below. You will not notice that in any way, but that little bit coupled with 275 and you should be able to drop more than me.
