Will:
275/30/19 (front)
285/30/20 (rear)
5.??? (offset)- The guy wasn’t sure
5 x 4.75 (bolt pattern)
fit for the 350z? The rims are coming from a 2002 Corvette. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

Thanks Robertchen for the quick reply.
The guy said he could attach “wheel adapters” to make it fit. Has anyone here ever used them....is it even wise to consider this route? If I do go w/ the wheel adapters, will everything else be ok.

It won't work even with the adapter.
Corvette uses offset somewhere around +55 and the Z uses +22 to +35 depends on how wide the wheels are. You'll need at least 20mm spacer + a very long wheel studs.
If you need to correct both the bolt pattern and the offset, then the wheels shouldn't be on the Z.
