I just purchased these rims with Toyo Proxies T1-S and I have 2 questions. I know these rims are 2 piece and forged but what are they made out of? Aluminum, steel ......?? And last how do you maintain a wheel like this, what products?? Someone please help!!

They are two piece, forged aluminum wheels and there are 100's of products out there for wheels of all types - the main thing to find out is whether or not they are clear-coated/polished or chrome (that depends on the finish you select) - search is working now, so you can find plenty of answers in the detailing forum...
