Need some quick help on the following:

I am considering a set of 19" (forged, light) wheels to replace my stock 18". I need quick and knowledgeble opinions on the following:

widths: 9.5 front / 10.5 rear
offsets: + 28 front / + 30 rear

near perfect offsets for those widths - you could lower 1" and not have to roll the fenders in the rear (w/ a 275/35/19 tire)....
