Default Best tires for nismo wheels

what is the best brand of tires to get for 245,40 and 275,40 on nismo wheels? I thought about toyo's ....

Smile Depends

The rear is Optimum. 275/40/18

But talk with Jimster716

He said Front can take... 255/40/18 with no problem..

He is an Auto X'er and has 275/40/18 Front and Rear - TCS off

His is the Super Black in Thread Sho - Time new Nismo Wheels.

I only have TCS and can juggle tires..

Toyo's weigh 24 and 28 lbs for 245/40/18 and 275/40/18.

Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3's weigh 25.7 and 28.9 pounds for 245/40-18 and 275/40-18.

Not that anyone would, but for comparison and baselining, if you chose to retain the Potenza RE040 tires which are OEM, in the increased size to fit Nismo rims as recommended, the comparable weights would be 31 and 36 pounds for 245/40-18 and 275/40-18.

I beleive the Toyos are the lightest tire on the market.

im running 245/40 / 275/40 18's on my LMGT4's...

BFG KDW's... I tracked with them and they were decent...

I should have gotten the KD's... if i had to do it over again I would...
