Dan, I didn't know that -- I'll hold off for a few more weeks then, thanks for the tip. Hopefully my tires won't hate me for it.

Anyone track down this new alignment spec TSB yet?

Mario> Thanks -- I jocked your pic location, as you can see... It's a great spot.

zxsaint - love the car without the crome grill. Its mean and clean. I have a redline with flatsilver TE37 19s on the way.

You read my review of the S-tunes. It has a 2cm drop which is a .78740 inch drop. According to Jeff at Performance it will take a while for the S-tunes to reach the full drop. (By that time the TE37s might be here.)

The S-tunes are proving to be great at handling too.

I had Tein Basic Coilovers installed (thanks Street Image) and an alignment done by Performance Nissan.
Here is the printout:

Specs are to the latest TSB and here is a link to the TSB dated 4/12/04 http://www.zfilms.org/SportZMag/ I hope that this takes care of the feathering.

zxsaint-I you are interested in the Tein Basics I can give you ride at the next drive/meet. I think they are great and a definite improvement.

Grey Matter ---> I'd definitely like to see how the coilovers feel. Thanks.

Hardy --> Nope, no rollin' and no need. I could probably drop it more and go with wider rubber and still not get any rubage.

It's settled some more since those pics. I'm going to have to take some new ones. It looks a almost exactly like RodH's drop now. I couldn't ask for a more perfect drop on this size wheel/tire combo.

Looking hawt zxsaint, and hey you know I'm a fan of Daytona Blue + 19" LE37t's

Sorry if I asked before or it's mentioned elsewhere, but what size tires are you running and what brand? On mine, I'm running Toyo T1-S 245/35 and 275/35 They've given me nothing but good stuff in the past 4 months (about 3200 miles), but I definitely think for my next set of tires I want to go a little wider in the front (Toyo does make 255/35/19, which sound like my best bet) But just wondering either way what you were using.

Thanks in advance, the Z is beautiful

Bridgestone S03's @ 245/35/19 and 285/30/19 on there. Rear diameter is very slightly smaller than stock, but haven't run into any problems. My next set will probably be the same as what you're looking to get: T1S in 255/45/19 and 275/35/19. Works great as it makes for a 2.08% stagger in diameter (stock is 2.67%).

I still wish they made a 285/35 or a 295/30 as toyos are much lighter than the S03's (about a 3-4lb difference, which you can really feel).

Thanks for the comments guys. Makes one feel just a bit better about the $$ that goes into a mod like this, know what I mean?

Any rubbing issues now that the springs have settled in?

I'm going to Performance Nissan to have them install the S-Techs and Konis in couple of weeks, and I haven't rolled my fenders either. I'm running 275/35's on the rear (with the same wheel setup as you).....I wonder if the increased tire diameter will cause rubbing? What do you think?

I don't think you'll have any problems. I took her to willow springs earlier this month and made quite a few hard laps without any problems with the tires rubbing.
