Default What cause steering wheel to vibrate

besides wheel balancing and alignment. Did both but still the steering wheel vibrates some on the freeway. I do have a leaking pass side shock... could that be it? I have TEIN springs all around on stock shocks.

do you have aftermarket wheels?

if so... do you have hub-rings?

that couldn't help. fix that and see what happens. otherwise it's probably tire balance, and could be tire condition or alignment.

If your car is lowered, the toe is likely to be out causing a "slip-and-grip" kind of thing (this will feather tires eventually). Your tires could have a flat spot. The balance could be out. Something in the suspension or steering linkage could be loose. A wheel bearing might be messed up. The rim might be bent. The leaking shock might not control the wheel enough, resulting in a vibration. The hubcentric rings could be the wrong size. The road could just be bad.

I can't think of anything else offhand.
