Hey All,
I'm trying to justify a 19" purchase but do not want to run any risk on bending an expensive rim due to low sidewall height. I KNOW the recommended is 245/35/19, but definitely want to stay around 3.75" sidewall height and 245/40/19 will do it. However, I don't see anyone saying they'll fit without rubbing. Has anyone done this or is it even possible? If not feasible, I'll probably go 18's. Has anyone encountered bent 19" rims or even suspect close calls...please let me know! My previous experience has taught me anything below 3.50" sidewall height is to suseptible to damage...ANY COMMENTS?
Thanks,
Mike
