Default how much do track rims retail for each?

Some crazy guy from ohio merged right into me on my drivers side and forced me to the curb on the passenger side and got both rims curbed really bad, not to mention all the damage on the driverside body. Anyone know how much nissan will charge for new wheels? they are the 18" rays on the track model. Really turned this holiday sour

I'm guessing super super super pricy
you might be better of buying aftermarket or just looking on www.ebaymotors.com for a set of tracks

Well I am not going to have to pay for it so not too worried about the price, just want to know the dollar amount to quote my insurance.

I just had replacement due to accident and they go for 1400 from the dealer but I think Performace Nissan can get them for 1150 or so. For 1400 each I would go with the Volk Mag wheels.

ironmike, I am confused about what you are asking? You damaged your Rays Track wheels. They retail for $1600-1150 EACH. The Nismo LM GT4 wheels retail from Performance Nissan for $1850 a SET!
The stock tires WILL fit on the wider Nismo wheels, but it is not recommended, as you will lose the 'rim protector' bar feature on the tire, and your wheel rim will be exposed to damage or curbing. You will also need to rum slightly higher tire pressure since your sidewalls are being 'stretched' wider to fit the rim - especially on the rear (Nismo) rims. It is smarter (and safer) to buy the correct, recommended size tires as provided in the wheel instructions - 245/40-18 front and 275/40-18 rear. As far as weight, despite being have an inch wider in the front and a whole inch wider in the rear than the Ray's, the Nismo wheels are just under one pound heavier than the Ray's at each corner of your car. Increased tire weight will add to that.

I am going to use the money i get to replace the stock wheels and buy the lm gt4's with new tires since they will not fit correctly then. Can anyone make a recommendation to which brand tire to use? I want them to last similar to stock tires but extra performance is always a plus. let me know what u guys think.

Tires are like a *****. Everybody has one and opinions vary on functionality. I use GY Eagles; they have a good writeup on tirerack.com. Others prefer Nittos and still others like the Toyo Proxes T1S or Bridgestone potenza Pole Position S03. As far as treadlife, the OEM Re040s lasted 20,000 miles on my Track. I estimate the Eagles to last between 27-30,000 miles.
The Nismo LM GT4 wheels are a great choice - your TPSs will swap right over to the new wheels with no problems to retain the TPMS feature in your car.
Good luck with your upgrades.

I got the official word back that the two wheels will be replaced! Good news so far, Only question is do I have the right to request payment for the wheels and replace them at my convenience? If so I would simply buy the lmgt4's and 4 new tires to go with them. My Insurance company is progressive which is spotting me for the time being for the repairs till the at fault party's insurance hands over the funds.

Only one that can answer that question is your insurance company. Sounds naive to asks questions about YOUR insurance policy to my350z.com users

lol, too true. I am only 22 and havent had to make a claim in the 6 years i have been driving, so yes i am a little naive about how the whole insurance works. My only concern is the open road. Plus i figure someone else has progressive and could contribute a tid bit.
