My '03 Touring Z came with 245/45R 18s. I've been told that I can go up to 275/40R 18. Is this correct or will the tire look like an doughnut on a small wheel? Also, what is the overall height difference? Will this change my speedometer? Lastly, It came with Bridgestones. What brand tire in this size range can you recommend for year round performace?
