.: Need help on LSD differential issue! Hurry!
My friend's (Greddy TT) 350Z will wear these (below) around NISMO 19"wheels...
I've been reading something about 1.5 and 2 way differentials...can someone help me out?!
I know it's lotsa power and rubber and I need to know which would be the very best setup (as for differential) for this car...
I also found this: http://www.sportcompactcarweb.com/pr...8scc_proj350z/ and thought it was fine...
Will ya help me?! Hope so...

It really depends on what your frind is going to do with the car. If he's an accomplished drifter, he should get the 2-way. Then again, if he was an accomplished drifter, he wouldn't need to be asking what kind of LSD he should be running, not to mention he wouldn't be running 19's on a drift car considering the cost of the rubber.
If you want the fastest lap times, 1-way is the way to go. 1.5 is the compromise of the two. Jack of all trades, master of none.

Thanx, spf...
Do you agree that the 1.5 would be the best for this setup?! He's not a drifter, but I'm worried about his and its (the car) safety...
VDC-off and it should be dangerous, right?!

1.5 is fine, it's just a matter of what percentage lock-up he's going to use. I'd suggest a very mild set up at first so that he gets used to the effects of the LSD. If he's going for the Nismo LSD, start off with the 30% lock-up, and once he gets used to that, move up to 60%.
