Default URGENT PLS, ? ON MIXING TIRES FvsR. Can I use S-03'S on F and RE040's on R?

I am DESPERATE to sell my car due to Relocation to CA. F******G Maroone Miami has had tires on 'backorder' for 3 months. I do not think they will EVER get tires.

There are NO 225/45/R18's available in Miami other than Pilots (which were great on my 330ci!). I even went to the local Firestone shop and both RE040'S and S-03's are on backorder. (Whats up with that!)

I have decided to order tires on Internet and use an 'At your home installation'. I will submit the bill to Nissan and see what happens....

Two questions:

#1
ASSUMING I only need fronts should I buy S-03's for the Front, or buy RE040's to match the back?

#2.
I had the alignment done per the TSB last week. Does the car need to be re-alligned after the new tires? (BTW Maroone couldn't print out the before and after due to the printer not working).

Thanks so much for responding!

1. if you are selling it I'd throw the cheapest tires possible on there

2. depends how bad the old tires were
