slay2k, handling would be affected by toe being out of specs, also Pilots come in a huge range of sizes, so you shouldn't have too much trouble getting the right size for your wheels.

 

How would toe affect handling ? Would downsizing to 8.5 front and 9.5 rear help ? If so, how much ?

I'm considering doing that just to improve handling. It's either that or just getting different tires (and wider ones).
