I think the Eibachs lower an inch. You can do this on stock parts, your alignment will be off. How much depends on what your alignment specs are now.

I have Eibach's on stock shocks. The drop is nice. Bad camber like everyone else. Looks real good though!

They were able to pull mine nearly in spec. The top reading is after the spring install when the camber was WAY out of spec. The bottom reading is after the alignment was done. Basically 3/4 are in spec. The fronts are the best. And the rears are almost in spec. Fronts should wear fine. The rears should wear a little on the inside. Nothing major though.

negative camber isn't bad ... it provides great mechanical grip in the corners ... it just eats tires a little fast ... im running -3.5 negative camber right now because my car is so low

Just about any shop should be able to do it. If you know anyone with any mechanic skills at all you could do it yourself. It is very simple on this car to change the springs.

Tanabe have great springs as well, with a drop of about 1.5inches. Every that sees my car thinks it looks awesome with the drop. My camber is barely outta spec.

i havent scraped my bumber or sides yet(*crosses fingers*) but i did scrape the plastic under piece a couple times. But they were severe inclines that i could have taken better.

Here are some pics, these are right after i installed them, so they probably settled a bit more. You know its lower when you drop the car with the jack, and you cant get the jack out

Before

After Being Lowered.
