Default Help please on wheels?

I am what most people would call stupid so please take it easy on me for my lack of knowledge. Does anyone know if 18x10 or 18x10.5 wheels in the rear are too wide to fit under the fenders? What is the widest you can go without rolling your fenders? Any help would be so appreciated.

It all matters what type of offset you have for both sizes.

If you go with say a 18x10.5 the offset would have to be +32 to clear the fender.

If you go with a 18x10 the offset would be about +30. to clear the fender.

If you need or want wheels visit us at.

I am running 18x10.5 +30mm offset on the rear with 295/35/18 rubber... i cut my fender... if I didnt it would be soo close but wont rub when I am driving straight but once I hit a corner on the track it will rub...

if you run a 275 tire you wont have to worry about clearing the fender with atleast a 30mm offset on the rear.. any more you may rub...

Next dumb question: What Is the offset how, far the wheels hub is away from the axle? Also do any of you know the offset for 18X10 wheels so they clear the fenders without a doubt? Tires will be 275.
