Toyo T1-S or Falken S115?

I'm shopping for tires for my 19x9.5 and 19x10.5 LE-37Ts, so I'm debating between these tires. (suggest another if needed).
I'd very much like to have more grip compared to my OEM tires.
I heard about the soft sidewall issues with the T1-S.... as long as it doesn't affect daily driving, then I'll be alright.
I barely race, but sometimes I like to have a lil fun. It's nice to have grip though :-)
Any suggestions?
Thanks!

T1S should be good for the street however they are expensive.
The Falken 115's are good if you want quietness, the 451's are better if you want grippier tires. Good prices on Falkens.
