Tokico D-Specs...
Hello All –
What’s the word on the Tokico D-Spec struts and lowering springs?
From past posts here at my350z.com and the Stillen webpage I am left to believe that the D-Spec setup only consists of struts/shocks. However, on the Tokico webpage it says the D-Spec setup is a combination of 4 struts and lowering springs…
Does anyone have a definitive answer? And if the D-Specs actually come with lowering springs does anyone know by what height they lower the car? Red6 do you have any comments on this matter?

they don't come with lowering springs. Their website leads me to believe they have lowering springs, but as a separate purchase, designed to work together.
I love the D-specs with my eibachs.

I came under the impression that you can buy the D-spec shocks or a D-spec suspension "kit" with shocks and springs. I imagine it will be ~$200 more. I don't think the springs lower the vehicle though.

From Z1 Autos webpage
Developed using the HTS advanced valving system from Japan, the D-Spec (Damping Specific) Series shock absorber allows TOKICO engineers to create a true "dial in" 16 way adjustable shock absorber. Utilizing a knurled and indexed external adjustment dial allows easy fine tuning adjustment and even a broader range of both rebound and compression damping force available. Well suited to fit every performance driving need (street, strip, track) all with one shock. The D-Spec Series shocks are available as a shock kit (2-front / 2-rear) or as a complete suspension kit (2-front shocks and springs / 2-rear shocks and springs - coming soon for the 350Z).
