Change profile of all tires but keep stagger, VDC?

So if I lower the profile of my tires to 40 but maintain the stagger will the VDC be cool?

225s up front 245s in back like stock but 40 instead of 45s.

yeah. your car has no idea what size of profile/series you are running. all it can tell is the difference between the front to rear. according to nissans rec i think the stagger needs to be.5 to .75 with rear being taller. if you go under this then the vdc and tcs get messed up and if you go over this then it will be less to kick in. if you have to error i am guessing error over, that is what i did and i have been fine.
