Angry Replacement Tires on back order

Took my 03 in for the feather/tire replacement issue-only to be told the tires are on backorder from Bridgestone--couldn't give me an idea of when they would be in -- I live in Phoenix--how hard can this be?? Anyone else have to wait?? Bad enough you have to put up with bad design, but now I'm on a wait list . . .

No need to yell about the tire situation. I think you guys should be able to ask for the money they cost so you can purchase another brand tire.

Call NNA...I went through this backorder BS for 3 months...these tires are sitting in warehouses collecting dust. Just check with any Bridgestone dealer...or Tirerack.com. A couple phone calls and I had tires in less than a week.
