I am all for a little curb protection. I havet 275's in my 9.5inch rears...and when I upgrade to the 295's, I'm switching to a 10.5inch rear.

I was worried about putting a 275 on a 10.5 but since I am lowered, I didn't want to worry about rubbing. I'm using the Tein s tech so its not much lower. I would like to run a 295, but i'll stick with the 275's for a little to see how they fit. I do not want to have to roll fenders though.

I've got 285/35/19 on a 10.5 wheel, lowered with S-Techs, and no rubbing. There's about a 0.75" clearance between the tire and fender.

Oh kool. Your car is nice too. The black/polish wheel w/ silverstone? combo is definitely an attention grabber.

I think the problem with rubbing and the 10.5inch rim comes into play when you are aggresively lowered. Like 1.5inch or more.

no real big difference in look, you can get a bigger lip on a 10.5"

19's 9.5 +28 Front w/245/35, 10.5 +23 w/275/30 rear. Next time I will go with 285/35 or 295/30. After new WHP I will need it. No lowering in these pics. I will be lowered 1" in a week or so.
