That would be nice, even better if they had 10's and 11's in 18's.

Looks very similar to the SVN with some slight differences.

So what is the story behind that broken wheel? Like I said in the other thread that you posted a wheel picture, I've abused the hell out of my Rota's on a real race track and they are fine.

And if you are worried about what your friends would think then you need to grow your nut sack a little. Silly children. There are probably only about 5% of the people on this forum who actually need a forged wheel like Volk or Advan.

Nice wheels...

Any chance of them to be in one color without the polished rim?
Size and offset?

Boy wonder needs his Volk. He will be shunt by his peers if he dares to realize that these wheels are made as good or better than his factory pieces. If I recall, Rota makes OEM wheels for Toyota. Anything OEM or better is good enough for me. Some just fail to see that, or maybe he realize this but stuck because of his peers.

I see a lot of frustration, anger, and malice from this individual toward us who have this particular brand wheels on our cars.

the barrel makes the wheel look cheap. doesn't look as polished like alot of other aftermarket wheels. looks like a wheel you'd see at sears auto or something. that was the first thing i noticed anyway.

OEM wheels are build keeping two things in mind:
1. the cost - it has to be the lowest possible
2. the wheel should be safe - how to simply achieve this if you want to cut down on costs - overengineer the cast, hence most of OEM wheels are heavy as f**k.

Glad someone noticed, everything sums up guys, like I have pointed in other thread long time ago - Rota cuts cost on everything, some things are just easier to notice than others Having this wheel properly polished would top the producion cost by like $2

For all of Rota fanboys, there is a good quote:

“There is hardly anything in the world that some man cannot make a little worse and sell a little cheaper, and the people who consider price only are this man's lawful prey.”

I don't see what looks cheap about the barrel. Until you said that I didn't even think a barrel could look cheap.

Cheap polish has "aluminum" lines visible, high quality mirror polish looks like this one

I thought it was supposed to look less finished. More industrial and less Hollywood.
