bump. Price update.

 

there is another guy who had damaged volks, he got them repaired for about 200 each wheel plus shipping out to cali and back....

a few posts ago you said you would part.. how much just for the fronts?

 

I had some works in worse shape.. willing to bet any reasonable wheel shot wouldnt charge more than $300 to fix.

thats a great price.

 

trying to sell the set for $900 now.. too much trouble to part out.

the wheel bends aren't too bad, i can fix them myself in my garage with the torch/presses i have. though that one with the folded lip would require cutting off the lip and rebuilding the lip via tig welding. when it folds that bad it's cracked inside and brittle, regardless if it's forged. where is "nova"? i would be interested if near south cali...

i'm still interested. are you certain that the fronts are 9.5 and not 9.0? i've never bought rims from the east coast yet, so i'm assuming paypal is the safest?

 

let me know if ur willing to part out the center cap and rings. thanks

 

wow that is a great price, even for busted rims. the center caps alone are 50$ each new
