Volk GTS Phantom Edition 19''
I know a lot of you guys may not be looking in the exterior section, but these are up for sale as a result of my part out found here:

Set of four. 19'', 9.5/10.5 width. 17/18 offset. On nittos 255 front, 275 rear with pretty much brand new tread.
Wheels are pristine other than some small rock nicks and some road debris stuff which has been touched up.
$2k+your 06-08 stockers.

I thought phantom was GM with black lip?

Nah, you're thining of the ones Nitrouz had made special. The actual Phantom model is all black. The stripe (both red and silver in the pics above) were vinyl.

Don't really understand the question, but if you're referring to the stripe(s), it's just vinyl.
