that curb rash looks more like it has a bend....yes, it definitely has a bend...have u gone to check to see if it's balanced? if not, then thats not going to be a simple curb rash fix..

Yes I went to 2 rim repair shops in my area and they said they can fix it.

Doesn't look so bad compare to that CE28N with bent lip a few Months ago. Definitely fixable GLWS
