looks non-hubcentric since its probably a universal set so they don't actually sit directly on the hub at all.. but if I'm wrong I'm sure the OP can clear it up.. either way free bump!

 

I'm pretty sure it sat tight on the hub. I will measure the hole when I get home.

I'm not sure on the brand. They were on the car when I bought it and last time I checked I don't think I noticed any markings for the brand.
