they look like they are the 18x10 with +18 offset ill give you 1500 shipped to 28210

Sorry about that guys, the sizes are: 18x9 +20 and 18x10 +18.

They do not have center caps. I opted not to get them, as they didn't fit the color of the wheels very well.
