Yes, they are a direct fit. I've been talking to other Z owners and the tire sizes fit as well.

By all means, stick to your price. But I see these go for around $1k most of the time. I got 1100 for my stock 2008 Nismo wheels. Rays make reputable wheels but these are hard to get a legit resell price on since someone really wanting them would likely be watching the local junk yards for a cheap set. Just my .02...

$1k is low - maybe if they are in poor condition... on the370z.com they go for about $14-1600 used but in good condition. I have yet to see any polished ones come up for sale
