Any info on the back hub or behind the spokes? Knowing the brand and model would help your sales significantly.

Are there no markings on the rims to say make and model? hard to get someone to pony up 2k+ for wheels when you don't even know what they are.

they are a completely different spoke design from the wheels you linked to.

did you rattle can them or have them done professionally.... i think you will have a very hard time selling if you rattled them, not to mention you never listed a brand or identifying marks

They are not rattle canned.lol. They were professionally powder coated. Center is satin and lips and barrells gloss black. And yes I understand not having a brand on them is hard but they weren't cheap when I bought them and they are a good looking wheel. They are true three piece design and the powder wasn't cheap either. I'll try to post some pics of how they used to look like before the powder.

Hope this pic helps on how the detail looks

Only cheap Chinese made crap don't have marking or names on the wheels. Get a brand or lower the price. There are volks and works wheels for sales for less than you're asking for you wheels that are nameless. I was actually interested in these. But 2k for wheels that could've only costed 500 just seems like a stupid thing to do.

Not necessarily, many forged 3 piece wheels made in the US only come with markings on the centercaps or specified by the buyer. Depends on the level of detail that the manufacturer or buyer wants to cnc onto the forged blank. My 3 piece forged wheels made by MHT for CT Werks were cnc-ed out of a forged blank, I had custom ordered mine without any markings.

Anyways, bump for legit seller.

True some wheels can be custom ordered without any markings. however without a receipt or even a link to a manufacture with the same wheel it is very difficult to spend 2k on unknown wheels. Even though they are true three piece it doesn't make sense to spend so much when I can get wheels that are true legit known wheels for less.

I really do like your wheels and am in the market but cannot justify spending money on an unknown.

Thank you all for your comments and input.. I know I am new to the forum, only about a year and a half. When I first purchased my Z I was very excited, within the first month I kid you not I spent close to $7500 on the car just like that. I bought all suspension components, spc camber, battle version toe, and stance coilovers. Then I started looking for wheels. I really wanted mesh but could not find any so then I came across these. I did not care for them to much at first but then thought I'll make them my own, took them apart, had the chrome removed on the face just to the nickel then brushed them out. A year and half later I decided to vinyl so I went with the satin white, that's when I decided to get my wheels powdered. I don't go cheap, I like good looking wheels as well, and I'm definitely not out to rip someone off. Here's what I paid for the wheel $1800 and here's what the complete powder cost me $600. I figured with all the time and effort I put disassembling and assembling them the asking of $2500 was fair.....for me....cause of how much I spent on them. So I brought it down to at least try to get some people interested cause I understand times are tough now a days, but I too can not justify purchasing these wheels for the cost I spent and reselling them for nothing (example $1000). I am a legit person not to do bad on others. Here's a link to my profile on club lexus.

Here's a pic of my other car...I understand that brand names like volks and works really stand out in this community but other people like other brand names also, my ISS Forged on my lexus for example were close to $5000 but of course that lexus took me forever to build. I guess for now I will just keep them as spares or until some one realizes that there other options as well. BTW I love this community no matter the comments, it's still very helpful. Best regards to everyone.

And here's why I decided to let these go, I finally got my mesh, now they weren't like this when I first got them. The faces I had powdered a gun metal and the bolts I had to strip and re polish with mothers chrome because they were painted black, all 160 of them........:

One last pic...

You never get back what you pay. Use is worth about 50-75% of the priced new. If you paid 1800 for it then it's probably worth 1000-1500 IF it's name brand and you can provide proof for it. Not to be an *** but that's just how things are. You powder coated them for YOU not for anyone else's.

The OP has his asking price, don't like it don't buy it. He has his own perceived value of the wheels. He already stated if he doesn't sell it for his asking price he will keep them. This isn't zilvia like many newb owners think it is.
