Default My new wheels

Since folks were asking in my "OEM Wheels 4 Sale" thread about what I went with here are some pics. After much research and deliberation I ended up going with the Nismo 9.5" rears. I found Nismo 10.5"s on rays japan site, but with only a +15 offset and the 295's that I wanted, I learned I'd have to roll my fenders and I really just didn't want to be F'n with that you know? So now I'm rolling on 275/40/18 rears, and 245/40/18 fronts.

BTW that's my OTHER hot rod next to it. A STOCK '94 Altima. OH YEAH!!!

Great choice! I love how the silver accents the gold brembo's. Now it's time to get rid of that cb antenna

I was tempted to go with the bronze, I thought it might look good with the paint job, but I just wasn't sure if I'd like them. Plus I thought the Brembo gold may have clashed withe the bronze rims. Oh well.

And leave my antenna alone!!! I'm actually thinking of replacing it with a full size whip antenna like cop cars have

The wheels ran ~$1600, and another $1k or so for the tires. If anyone's interested in the rims PM me, I'll send you some contact info. I got them at the local dealership and they give pretty good prices (MSRP is over $2k) and will ship them in the continental US.

BTW People LOVE these wheels. People will pull up alongside of me look at the wheels, nod their head a little bit, then look at me and give me the thumbs up. It happend 3 times last week. In one case I could see a girl next to me mouth the word "nismo" with a perplexed look on her face to her friend in the car. :-) They definitely draw attention.
