The cop rape was so bad, that he say he won't come back to VA Beach. I think they also got him for lowering his Z, and tint I think.
well my tent is legal and im not lowered so i should be good but yea one day ill get my car registered back in fl so i can just act like i dont know all the laws here lol

It's not hard at all. You can tackle it on your own in about 10 minutes if you take your time to do a good job.
Here's a quick DIY guide. The red arrows point to a set of factory clips up under the bumper. Just unbolt those and bend the clips back around under the bumper. That will loosen the tension on the center of the bumper. Then just take some self tapping screws or whatever (I just used some sheet rock screws I had laying around) and drill them into the rear bumper support.
The pic shows where I put mine for a nice and even tuck.
