Damn good price, you will be hard pressed to find another Z with this low mileage and with Volk wheels. If I didn't have my Z, I'd be all over this one.
I'll do 12k cash. This is a legit offer.
I just want to get a feel for what you think is realistic
For a car that time forgot.
KBB on my 2003 non track with 34K miles was around 17.5K as of last month.
His car should be closer to 18-19K
While KBB doesn't mean crap for us since buyers are always trying to get a deal (and who would blame them) Carmax will most likely offer this guy more and he wouldn't have to deal with anything other then taking their check and finding a ride home.
Just for kicks. Current KBB trade-in on his car is 16.925 Ex cond and 16.225 good cond.
Most dealerships pull auction prices and base trades on that, I still think with the condition and miles. He'll do pretty well.
