i love your car.

i have an 07 smb GT as well, but would've bought yours if it was for sale earlier this year.

good luck with sale!

It actually was theoretically for sale (in my mind) since about May. I was really procrastinating though... :-/

I have an 07 Base SMB and your car is what I look up to. I would like a very similar setup to yours one day. The Z is paid off in March of next year so then I can start modifying it the way I want. I wish I could trade my car plus cash for yours but maybe it wasn't meant to be . I think building my own car from the ground up and learning on the way will be more rewarding for me in the long run anyways but acquiring a Z built the way I already invisioned is hurts to pass up. I wish they came from the factory like this! lol. Good luck to you bro and I hope whoever the lucky new owner is takes care of and appreciates the beautiful machine you've built!

Yes, it is rewarding to build it yourself. Just be prepared for a lot of bumps in the road. It wasn't necessarily an easy process. In some ways I wish I hadn't done it, in other ways I'm glad I did. Usually when handing a viper or a gt500 their ***... Believe me, I hope to sell it to someone who will appreciate it.

Thanks! Have two potential buyers currently. Both Z enthusiasts, so that makes me a happy camper.

I've got two serious buyers for what I understand is my listed price of $29k. So I'm not quite down that low yet.

Thank you sir!

I'm working a couple options at the moment, fingers crossed I can get it dealt with before I leave. Work pushed up my departure to mid to late January... which doesn't leave me a whole lot of time.

I come in here every couple of days hoping it is sold, so I can stop wanting it so bad. I have a friend in Broomfield...may just have to fly out and drive back in a TT Z

Nothing would make me happier.

I live in Westminster, almost on the border of Broomfield, so I'm sure I am probably within no more than 10-15 minutes from your friend's place.

I am going to be off work, and getting ready for leaving the country (!!!), the last week of Dec. and the first week of Jan. If you are serious, that would be the best time to come out and see the car.

You can email me at the address in the original post (better than pm).

Also FYI, to anyone interested, a friend checked on a loan at a bank, and they are willing to do a little over $23k on this car. I'm sure most banks would be in the same ballpark. If they ask, I have title in hand, so no other loan/bank to deal with. Just me.
