135,000+ miles and pushing
05' 350Z I'm close to 136,000 and running like a dream. Only real issue was the radiator, which was a quick 40$ fix.

2003 PPW Track w/Nav. Gonna turn 170,000 miles tomorrow.
This is by far the best car I've ever owned. Other than the front tire feathering (and I still have managed to squeeze 50,000 miles out of a set of tires!), a driver's side window motor that has gone out twice, A/C which gave up a couple of months ago (I heard a line rupture, and saw a plume of coolant), it's been trouble-free.
It's also mint. I don't know of a high-mileage Z in better condition:

Issues I've had (not many):
Rock hit A/C condenser; replaced myself;
Oil filling rear plug wells; fixed myself;
Window motors rebuilt myself;
Infamous clicking from rear axles; haven't done anything about it;
Sporadic slight shudder when engaging clutch at times; over 100k miles with it and haven't done anything about it;
Feathering front tires since new; FIXED @ 170K miles with new (harder) bushings + alignment
Best car I've ever had, and it's not even close.

Now @ 211,494 miles. Still original clutch; not a single ding on the body!

I have a 2007 350z with 120,500 miles and it still has original clutch also...and I have tracked it twice. No issues at all. Does your z still have original timing chain?

I live in Toronto, Canada and got a 350z from Florida. It's an 06 with 180,000 miles on it and most of the work I'm doing to it is maintenance from the previous owner.
The AC cable was snapped when I bought it, but that's because the car was in an accident and my dealer is a douche, didn't tell me.
Other than that, I have to replace the engine mounts, sometimes on start up it feels like there are no engine mounts and my whole car feels like it is the engine. But it's about time, the car is 8 years old with all these miles on it.
That's pretty much it. I do have the annoying "no heat while idling" issue, but I don't want to flush my coolant at this point to get any air pockets out since I have to drop mad $$$ on this engine mount swap.
Regular maintenance and you're good to go!

Just purchased a base 08' with 100k on it and its running beautifully! My mother also had an 03' that she sold in 2013 and it had 180k and the only problem it ever had was a stuck thermostat. Great cars!

I've got an 04 with 104k on it. Runs great, just needs TLC since the previous owner started to somewhat rice it out. Surprisingly, he did a decent job of keeping up on maintenance.

Not yet, 51k for the Z. Bought it at 49k.
But my spec is at 143k now.

I'm approaching 100k, at 94k i'll get there quick to I drive 45 miles a day...
I was wondering what might my 08' HR engine sell for at 100k... I've done oil changes at 2-3k Synthetic Mobile 1.
Drives like a beauty 280whp on a mustang dyno. I want todo a swap in the future.

switched to e85 about 10,000 miles ago.
(GTR 550cc injectors, osiris retune, stock fuel lines, stock original fuel pump)
only issues I've had so far, basically just typical wear and tear:
ball joints - ordering moonface racing roll centers pretty soon
leaky valve covers / spark plug seals - ordering new valve covers and gaskets
