+1 My car looks pretty modded in a bright blue wrap but sounds stock, cops don't give me a 2nd glance. Noise is what gets you pulled over.

In cali state ref ticket are a pita got one a while back in my integra.Swap your intake back to stock and if you know your exhaust is under i think 98-100db ill pass if not stock as well beasue they will use a db meter. Be prepared to be sniffed also if the the ref is db. stupid emissions ticket

California is broke. They have to make up the debt somehow, so they create all types of complex laws to get people to slip up and get tickets.

Also their are many treehuggers in the political party in california....they care a lot about the environment.....when i was their during rush hour morning traffic any car that produces zero emissions such as a prius or the tesla cars can get a special sticker to drive in the carpool lane without needing a passenger.......is this fair? of course not.

Agreed. ATL has the 2nd busiest airport, and it's not the cars, it's the dang jets. When the jetstream changes in July you can't even see the blue sky.

I have family in Knox, TZ. Where you at?
