Help ASAP
So I need to do my smog by march and I know it won't pass. Does anyone know where I can pay to have someone pass it near San Diego. Pb, Chula Vista, San Ysidro?

So what is it exactly that is keeping it from passing?
Modifications or something wrong with it?
If the latter, you take it to a smog station with repairs where they will test first then advise on repairs needed; that said, better shops can usually rectify the issue (with $$ for repairs of course.)
If it's pipes or something that won't pass visual or tune that shows up on the OBD scan, ehhhhhhh, not s'much.

Yeah any auto repair shop, they will test it and then they will fix it. Then they will charge you accordingly for the work they did... Thats how repair shops work.
Or if you know what's wrong then you can fix it yourself and save the aggravation. The state doesn't make ot worth the extra $50 your going to slip them because if they get caught they face hefty fines before they can inspect cars again.
