Default How to center mount the front license plate with minimal drilling?

A lot of people use the tow hook to mount the front license plate. But I want to put the license plate at the center.

Reading the owner's manual, I would need to drill 2 holes (already marked and indented onto the bumper from the factory), and 2 other holes through the plate holder into the bumper.

Did I interpret the manual wrong? Any other less intrusive options?

thanks.

i am confused as to what you want.... get the stillen license plate holder... it goes in the tow hook so you dont have to drill holes

Use nails. No drilling necessary.

Doesn't the Stillen bracket put the license plate on the side? I want the license plate to be in the middle.

no.. it goes right in the tow hook (middle of the car) and then the license plate is centered there, actually sits lower and looks better than stock holder

I have the Zee Bracket and it mounts the plate in the centerr. It requires two very small holes at the very top of the grille. They are not noticeable if you decide you don't want to have the plate on anymore.

I don't know. I've had mine for about 8 years so haven't looked for one in quite awhile.

The bracket is affixed with 2 screws. I recall a spring clip for each hole. When drilling into the bumper remember that you must go through the cover but no farther.

i got the tow hook plate mount as well, but drilled the top of that plate so the whole thing would mount lower. i have the V2 front and everything fits nice and neat within the grill

Sorry, I forgot to mention it is a 370z. The tow hook is on the passenger side.

I am skeptical about mounting it on the tow hook and bring the license plate to the center with a longish bracket as the whole thing might vibrate like crazy.
