Default BOSE Wiring

Hello

I have searched, Does anyone know if the bose headunit lighting and the Bose power is fed seperately

At the moment it appears like im not getting any power to my HU but when I turn the car headlights on the stereo buttons light up (Bose Screen doesn't though!)
Can anyone shed any light (or possibly power ) on this for me please?

Cheers

Dan

As none of you buggers knew, I'd thought I'd answer my own questions ..

Dan - Yes you are correct the bose is fed by two power sources so you will see the button illuminate with the headlights

Dan have you tried checking the grounding points through the screws underneath the aircon controller box - it may be a poor ground?

Guessing you have checked the fuses and connections etc?

Ah thanks for your help Dan you were right the grounding points on the four bolt were at fault. I found this out by unscrewing with the ignition on!

Thanks mate you are the most knowledgable bloke on this forum!
