These are plug and play kits and should not take longer than a few minutes. You would need to order the 9006 bulb size for your brothers Accord and its a plug and play application. If you have any questions during your installation feel free to call us as we offer free phone support.
Thanks

no cutting or splicing what so ever, just like you described unplugging the stock bulb and plugging the kit in there. Its a fully plug and play kit.
Thanks

So many numbers, it's so confusing. Got anything to make the stock 03 HIDs brighter?

I am not sure if you replaced your stock bulbs since you got the car, but the color and brightness does fade over 7 years. Your best bet would be to get the 6000k oem bulb upgrade, that should brighten it up.
Thanks

I've dealt with several different kits. All are pretty similar, but the way they do wiring is what I'm curious about. I'd buy the kit, but do you have a picture of the thing itself? Some have like a weather guard/rubber seal around the wires leading from bulb to ballast, and some dont. Im just curious how your setup looks. can you take upclose pics?

I quickly took these pictures on my iphone I will take better pictures later....but you can see from the photo that all our bulbs have rubber grommets and connectors to make a full waterproof seal, also whenever possible we use metal bulb bases instead of cheap plastic like other companies. We provide the best kit on the market updating everything we can when it is available. Our Ballasts are 100% AC ballasts, and fully digital and have a full silicone seal on the internals to provide water/shook performance. If you need any other picture please do not hesitate to ask.
Thanks

My Question is why is the kit so cheap? 49 bucks for any bulb size or style?
