Being as that you mentioned you have a blue track model, no it won't pass.

I'm gonna honestly guess and say the pop-charger would definitely help in failing

Okay, I'll offer you a serious answer now.

Technically, your car will not pass smog as everything is supposed to be stock or CARB certified. Chances are, at least one of your mods is not CARB certified. Smog shops are privately owned as they are businesses and they don't want to break the rules just incase they are audited or investigated by the state. With that being said, most smog shops will turn you away even if you just have the stock air tube but a $5 Kragen cone filter. Everything must be stock.

However, there are some smog shops that are willing to look the other way, some for a price as long as your car is not throwing any codes.

The biggest factor that will block you is if you car is throwing codes and your Check Engine/Service Engine light is on. Unlike other states which are more kickback, not only does your car have to pass the sniffer test in California, the computer on the computer has to check-out fine as well.

Is your car throwing any codes? Is you CEL light on?

Then take it to the person who does your smog and first, see if they will do the test without saying anything.

If they do mention one or more of your mods, THEN try to negotiate with him by using reasoning first.
