heh good luck. I've gotten as low as 14.019@100.81 mph (need to update my sig) with intake, exhaust, grounding kit and upgraded wheels/tires. Maybe if i got high-flow cats and the infamous crawford plenum, it would help a bit more, but in terms of mods, there isn't much more you can do... however, rumor has it the track at LI motorsports is about .1 - .2 slower than what your true time may be... but i think it is very hard to get 13.5 NA. Someone claimed to run 13.6 bone stock with their z, but no timeslip = bs. Most stock Z's are running around 14.1 - 14.3.

Most does not = all. Obviously it depends on track, temp, humidity, and elevation. My car stock went 13.8 @ 103 as do most of the ther Z's around here with the few exceptional drivers hitting 13.7 and 13.6's. Then there are the newbies runing 14.4 to 15.5 that need more practice.

I thought most 350's dyno at 240-245 to the wheels stock?? Sounds right to me, I guess he is a good driver to bump the rev limiter, in 90 degree weather and still run a 13.6. I think mid 13's is in the car with a GOOD driver.
edit: Briguy, arent u the guy who raced WisS2k or whatever his name was off s2ki.com?

The 2004 has yet to even be tested...so it's all speculation right now.

The first year that the S2k came out ('99) I don't think I even heard about any 13 second passes. Average was high 14s and good was low 14s.....plenty of Zs have hit 13s and pretty much all 6-speed Zs trap over 100mph stock...not something you can say for the S2ks....
