Default Video* 1/8 Mile Drags with G35 & Z's

Gonna get straight to the point.

Still have the wheel hop issues, had a great time, best time tonight was only a 9.2@81 with 2.3-2.4 60's.

Jay's TT G35 is a beast trapping at about 90 with little traction.

Thanks for the videos. Looks like fun. I tried 1/8 mile racing once. Unforgiving sport. No room to make up for screw up at the starting line.

^The 1/8 mile is only good for practicing at launches, especially when your able to do over 30 runs in a 6 hour period. Traction sucks at this particular track but its still fun.

You mean parking lot What was your time and what was your best there before FI.

I went from 9.1NA to 8.4 FI (no traction)

Sure is a parking lot. Much different than a real track.

You'd better have some decent tires to pull good 60fts there.

I only ran a 9.2@81 with 2.3-2.4 60's that night with a best of 8.8@81 at this track...I mean parking lot.

All that 2nd gear wheelhop makes me cringe. Thats just abusing your drivetrain for no reason IMO. $hitty track with no traction why even put the car thru that?

I snapped an axle with 2nd gear wheelspin/hop like that on the street, no bueno.

Track is a lot better prepped and less ricers. It's catered more towards the true drag racing fans.

Lucky you didn't break your axles. I'd check your diff bushing next time you have a chance.
