Default New 2007 350Z owner needs tech advice

I purchased this 350Z as a parts car thinking it had around 50K miles on it. Took it off the car carrier and found out it has only 10K miles and is like new. As seen in the pictures it took a good shot on the passenger side. It broke off the passenger variable valve sensor. New to owning one of these and need to know if the motor would have jumped time or is there a chance it's ok. any information would be much appreciated. Don't want to chop this up it's way to nice..
